Universal Biometrical Identity Document

Documents identifying personality of the owner always played a great role in provision of public and personal security. The development of these documents is permanent, at first the degrees of form protection was the object of improvement. Then with the beginning of digital age there were created machine-readable documents, which were put in circulation from the beginning of ’70s of the last century. The idea implemented in these documents is simple — to provide readout of the information about the owner of the document without man’s participation. In that way the probability of mistakes when inputting the information is decreased and higher through-flow rate of control points is achieved.

At the present time the development of personal documents is connected with biotechnologies. Biometrical documents identifying the personality and biometrical systems are recently in the focus of attention of state structures and business.

Passports of new generation are created, an electronic chip, on which one can put great information content, including biometrical parameters, is inserted in them. Such documents are introduced by the USA, Germany, Great Britain, France, Japan and others. Similar project in creation of documents of new generation is realized by Russia too. Looking forward it is planned to insert biometrical parameters of owners in the electronic chip.

The company «GazIntech» presents an automated System, which provides production, registration and control of identity documents, containing biometrical parameters. An important advantage of this system is low cost of these identity documents in contrast to documents, containing an electronic chip. The matter is that in these identity documents a bar code, which can be printed on paper or plastic card, is used as a data warehouse.
