In the interests of the Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation GazIntech in cooperation with CJSC Scientific and Production Center TRANSIS has successfully performed a part of research and development work entitled: «Development of software of regional and industry level for hardware and software complex of monitoring system of hazardous hydraulic engineering installations (facilities) under the competence of the state basin authorities of inland waterways and shipping industry of the Russian Federation (HSC of HEIMS).

The works have been performed under the event 159 «Creation of hardware and software complex of monitoring system of hazardous hydraulic engineering installations (facilities) under the competence of the state basin authorities of inland waterways and shipping industry of the Russian Federation satellite navigation system» of the Federal target program «Maintenance, Development and Application of GLONASS system for 2012 — 2020», approved by the Enactment of the Government of the Russian Federation No.189 dated March 3, 2012.

Hardware and software complex provides the assessment and forecast of technical condition of hydraulic engineering installations, generation and transmission of operational messages (alarms), reflection of all safety levels in accordance with selected criteria, as well as generation and maintenance of data archives on technical and operational condition of monitored facilities.
