This brand, one of the most popular ones in the field of design and production of hockey kit, belongs to BAUER. The company’s central office with over 30 employees is located in Moscow.
Business growth required process optimization associated with the order fulfilment, customer service, and direct interaction with the primary supplier. The company has already implemented a business process management system from one of popular Russian vendors. However, its version has been already outdated for several years. After the system has been implemented, business processes have become more structured and transparent, and the speed of their fulfilment has increased. Two-way integration with the accounting system 1C:Enterprise facilitated work of the accounting office. The availability of full information about orders helped to facilitate and speed up work with the customers significantly. Processing of pre-order session with BAUER was simplified — thanks to the automation, the whole cycle now takes 1-2 days instead of 5.
