On April 23-24, 2019, the 10th Interdepartmental Scientific and Practical Conference «The New Look of State Border Checkpoints» was held at the Kaliningrad Border Guard Institute of the FSB of the Russian Federation, in which GazIntech took part.

The conference and exhibition brought together industry-specific federal regulatory agencies, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of border security and control solutions for people, vehicles, and cargo.

Via reports and round tables, the participants of the conference discussed topical functioning issues of state border checkpoints. They focused on engineering and technical security solutions at near-border infrastructure facilities.

GazIntech specialists presented the report «Methodology and Layout of an Automated Capacity Assessment and Predicting System of State Border Checkpoints in the Russian Federation», as well as their border control innovations, including operator-free automated passport control modules. Prototypes have been installed and are being tested at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow.
