The Plush Soccer League (PSL) is the largest «big» soccer contest for amateur teams in Moscow. Matches are held according to the rules of soccer that are effective within FIFA with only minor changes. The League currently consists of 20 teams, divided into 2 divisions, each with 10 teams. The same number of teams is eager to enter the League as its participants. This year the PSL celebrated its 10th anniversary.

Since the second half of the XVIII PSL championship (November 2011) GazIntech has been sponsoring one of the League teams — the soccer club Olympico. The team was founded in 2004 as part of the VIII PSL championship held by the other teams’ alumni and people who enjoy more than simply watching soccer on TV. The core of the team is composed of about ten people who have been in the team since its foundation. Today the team’s honor is defended by 28 people.

March 18, 2012 was the first day of the XIX PSL championship. The first match of the championship was held between the teams Olympico and Dynamite, and it ended with a convincing 6:1 scoreline in favor of Olympico. GazIntech wishes Olympico continued success and many more victories of the magnitude of this first one in the XIX PSL championship!
