18 May 2012 the company GazIntech Service (Part of the GazIntech Group) was accredited by the Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) for assessing the vulnerability of transport infrastructure objects and means transport. This is confirmed by the Accreditation Certificate issued by Rosmorrechflot for the term of 3 years, granting the right to assess the vulnerability of transport infrastructure objects and means of maritime and local fluvial transport.

Today only a limited number of organizations hold this accreditation, giving them the right to render this kind of services that enjoy considerable demand, due to the changes in legislation (Federal Law No. 16-FZ) and the fact that the responsibility for transport security has been laid with the owners of transport infrastructure objects and means of transport.

The assessment of vulnerability of the given transport infrastructure object and/or means of transport is made in order to define the level of security from the potential threat of acts of illegal intervention in their activity.
